For many leaders, the pressure never really stops. When growth slows, priorities blur, and teams drift, the business starts to feel heavier than it should—and frustration and fatigue follow fast. Chris has lived in those trenches, building and scaling companies through both rapid growth and times of crisis. He understands the weight leaders carry and knows how to bring teams back to clarity and traction.
Over the past 20 years, Chris has founded and sold six businesses across e-commerce, technology, real estate, retail, and landscaping. Most notably, he built an e-commerce marketing agency from the ground up to $35M in annual revenue—an experience that reinforced what it takes to scale: clear vision, strong systems, healthy accountability, and a unified team that executes.
Chris led a five-year EOS® implementation that proved transformational. The business gained alignment from the leadership team to the front lines, established a steady operating rhythm, and built discipline around priorities, scorecards, and accountability—resulting in stronger execution, more predictable outcomes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
With perspective shaped by both meaningful wins and instructive losses, Chris brings wisdom and clarity to every room. Originally from Indianapolis, Chris and his wife now call Redding, California home, where they’re raising their three daughters. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman and endurance athlete who loves climbing mountains—where he’s reminded that the best results come from a clear vision, an intentional plan, and the right partners for the journey.
